I have a question, I'm into ultra minamilistic training and only have kettlebells, pullup bar and myself.

I have bad issues with my knees from running and an accident I had so I avoid directly working them, however I've noticed your post in regards to pushup and swings and it peaked my interest.

For my overall development would doing the below suffice and hit my body as a whole? (regardless of legs)
Day 1
10 Swings - 10 pushups
10 Swings - 9 pushups
10 Swings - 8 Pushups
----
10 Swings - 2 pushups
10 Swings - 1 pushup

Day 2
5 Hungarian TBar Swings - 5 Chinups
5 Hungarian TBar Swings - 4 Chinups
5 Hungarian TBar Swings - 3 Chinups
----
5 Hungarian TBar Swings - 2 Chinups
5 Hungarian TBar Swings - 1 Chinup

I'll be adding reps overtime for progression and on off days I'll be doing stationary bike and jumproping

However do you know any articles that goes into only doing swings pushups and chinups only?

Looks good to me. When I injured my knee I used kettlebells to do deadlifts with them. Didn’t aggravate my knee And to be honest I think helped with recovery. Not sure if that’s something you can do but it might be worth a go.

Not specifically, but you should be able to get lots of ideas from the DMPM sticky above and the Coyote Point Kettlebell manual.

I sent him to the Coyote Point KB Club (he thought I was a robot...broke my microchip).

I swear we have about 100 posts on this idea.

The Humane Burpee was such a good addition to this "stuff."

Spending less than thirty seconds of your precious time, actually reading what is written on the very, very, very noticeable red bar at the top of the page, will provide all the answers you need.
"I think we often spend too much time focusing on max fitness
and not nearly enough on maintaining our minimums.
It seems we need to think sustainable rather than obtainable.
Meaning whatever we do today, we can do it again tomorrow.
Never taking so much from ourselves that we can't."
