Life's slowly getting back to normal here in Europe. Meanwhile, we managed to get a pull-up bar and some kettlebells to the office.

Started daily "office-routine" this week:
- pullups 3x3
- kb c&p 3x(3+3)
- 1-legged RDL 2x(5+5)
- ohs with a broomstick 2x5

Nothing heavy or sweaty, just some movements in the middle of the day. Feels great after few hours sitting w/ computer. Let's see how this ends...

ES at office sounds good. What is training time for the workout?

Less than 15 minutes.

Given that KBs are a different "species", I tend to consider everything done with them as half-body lifts (even though front squats and cleans are truly full-body exercises). So I apply the 15-25 reps rule.

Lately I've been favoring the 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 pyramid scheme. Twenty five EASY reps with minimal rest. It works like a charm.

Good stuff. Fall is usually my annual "bus bench" season, but with two kids under three, this might be the ticket instead (what with the lack of sleep), especially since I can sneak it in while I chase my eldest around the yard. Since number two arrived I'd been doing mainly C&Ps and squats and rucks, so this might be a good tweak.

Is the plan to do this every day/as often as possible?

@iPood: I like your idea. However, 5 reps c&p while wearing "white-collars" is too much for me, I try to keep this as easy as possible w/o getting sweaty. :) 1234 might be good idea tho..

@Arsenio: My plan is to do this every business day, at least so long as it feels good. So far 4th day in a row and I feel great.
