Ordered up Daves body revival book for some Xmas reading as I enjoy Dave s writing style. Was going to get the kindle but prefer hard copy. Completed SFG this year most of my training is based around SF programs such as SS and power to the people. Want to maybe explore a different approach in the new year. Does the book provide programs for fat loss?

That one is more about the motivation than the actual workouts, particularly for someone as experienced as you are. Take a look at it when you get it, and if the "motivating" part isn't what you need, let me know and I'll get that refunded right away.

The sister channeling Santa all year long!

Merry Christmas to ya, and I mean that from my heart, Buddy.

Looking forward to reading it Laree. I’ll have a look round the site here. No shortage of workout programs. Just want to switch things up. I’ve been on a low rep heavy type approach for 12 months and weight has crept up along with strength. I like the way on some of the programs 1 mile runs are used as warm ups align with ab work..
thanks

I read this book twice. Time for another go at it. At 71 I need motivation more than ever.
