I’ve been playing around a bit with KBs while waiting to set up my home gym. Thanks to some recent discussion on the Armor Building Complex and the Eagle, I’ve tried this:

5x5 Dbl KB FSQ
Farmer’s Walk

Rest a bit then, C+P 5-4-3-2-1

The KBs are light as they’re the only dbls I have, so a pressing weight.

So what kind of bird is this?
