My mum's parents put down two packs a day. Plus her dad perspired vodka. They both had lung cancer. My mother smoked when she was young. The riot though was she snuck smokes into her 40s. Riot you ask? My dad found a pile of cigarette butts in one of of pastures behind a sycamore. "Sharon! Someone is stalking us! I found a pile of cigarette butts behind the sycamore in the back pasture!". We had a couple of fellows come up from Southern Mexico every year to work summers. "John, settle down, it is probably one of the guys having a smoke.". Cool under pressure.

I am shocked he did not holler at me first. But lucky.

My dad's dad had a lobe-ectomy. He had a very aggressive tumor that was caught by his doc just by chance. He lived another 25 years. Sneaking his smokes.

My family has had its share of cancerous ills. I hope your neighbor and yourself have memorable times together.

1. Leg Press Level 6 + 120 lbs.: 140 Secs•

2. Pull Over Level 3: 125 Secs•

3. Inverted Side Lateral Raise Level 2: 107 Secs

4. Shoulder Press Level 3: 93 Secs

5. Inverted Curls Level 3: 60 Secs

Inverted curls I stopped at 60 seconds obviously. Left shoulder pain. I am going to switch to SS sit ups for number 5. Too much shoulders stress.

Everything else was OK. I felt like I was dragging. Maybe to soon after Saturday. This Saturday I am going to switch and touch do blood flow occlusion work. I was going to tonight, and forgot.

I am actually napped today. I might still have some of the COVID taunting me.

Blood Flow Restriction Airdyne 5 mins.

Leg Press BFR Level 3: 39, 15, 15

Seated Row BFR Level 3: 30, 15, 15

Dips BFR Level 3: 30, 15, 15

Ab Wheel 1x15

So BFR training is new. Exciting? No. Working? I do now second workout. I am not even sure how many times a week I should do it? I am pretty sure I read, three sets, 15-30 reps. After that, well.

I felt worked out. When I was you I would say: I am going to do the forever! No, not so mucn.

2. Dips Level 6: 84 Secs

3. Reverse Grip Pull Down Level 6+50 lbs.: 105 Secs

4. Shoulder Press Level 4+20 lbs.: 80 Secs

5. Leg Press Level 6+ 140 lbs.: 85 Secs

6. Ab Wheel: 1x20

Total Time: 19:40

Well, kind of a muddled moment on occasion, but all right. Seated row was up. Leg press level 6 plus 140 lbs. Was plus 20 from last week.

I did have tummy ache. I ate local bbq yesterday. I think it is waiting for the most inconvenient moment to exit stage left.

4. Seated Row Level 6: 1x10, 1x12, 1x15

5. Seated Curl Level 3 + Arm Blaster: 1x10, 1x12

6. Skull Crusher Level 3: 3x10

7. Incline Sit Up Level 6: 1x20

Seated Curls, during the second set, I felt a click in my upper left arm. I reigned that in. Nothing of note now.
