Go to Grunt $ Shen's Workshop to see how this works and how it is made:

By way of introduction, Bruce is a fellow that owns/operates Sierra Exercise Equipment. He makes an excellent strand set with quick change handles and reasonably priced cables.

Well, thank you, Wicked! I suppose I should have introduced myself, huh?

I made that isokinetic machine two days ago and it works beautifully! I can't get enough of it! It was easy to build and only cost about 30 bucks, as opposed to 200 some dollars for an Exergenie, or over 700 dollars for the Isokinetic Mini-Gym. Anyway, as well as my own forum, I thought I'd share how to build this world-class machine with other fitness forums around the 'net.

Some really cool ideas there. I liked the DARD-looking like thing for wrist work.

I'd like to add I purchased an outstanding portable wristroller device from Bruce a couple of years ago called the Mega Wrist Roller. Great quality and customer service and reasonable price, although I think he no longer makes it. Hello Bruce nice to see you here.

Glad you like your vintage Mega Wrist Roller, Armand. I was getting overwhelmed and spread out too thin, so I dropped the MWR to concentrate on my flagship product - The Hook.
