Umpired my son’s first offical Aussie Rules Footy game. 4 x 15 minute quarters of non stop running up and down after 30 8-year-old kids trying to stay ahead of the action!

Will be doing this every weekend until another parent volunteers

I had been festering over whether to concentrate on the one arm C&P, dual C&P, or dual C/FS/P, but I think you've got the right idea. (Alternating or rotating the three fits into my way of doing things anyway.)

As usual, you're getting 'er done, despite all the things going on in your busy life. Much respect.

Hey cheers Al. Not getting much done at the moment but trying to make the most of what I am doing.

I find double c&p obviously more challenging and sometimes satisfying, but also a much bigger hit to the system.

Another mess of a week. Kids on holidays then had first vaccine last Tuesday which took me out for a good few days.

Kids back to school now but little one not sleeping well.

Hope to get some consistency soon!

Been one thing after another lately - had another week of sick kids and general mayhem

Trying to make a fresh start on training and want to try to do something - anything - each day.

Really want to start running again but the only time that will work is early mornings - but making that happen is another thing. Hoping the weather will start to warm up soon and make getting out easier. Will need to start again with a walk-run plan as just running for 30 minutes once a week then being sore is obviously not working.

Just did a few sets of 10 pushups and 5/5 bw SLDLs throughout the evening

I hear you.
This, too will pass....have faith.
Excellent plan. No kidding.

Our immune systems are very agile during these times and can be so busy with one thing that they miss the other.

Five things:
1) Ventilation in your house? Is it mechanical, if so is it clean?
2) Extra air filter apparatus can help.
3) D vit + K2, Selen + E vit, B-complex, Zink+Mg, C vit
One can circulate these pairs of extra boosters, no need to overdo it though. Enough protein each day.
4)Alcohol on hands at all times even at home.
5)Mind: Keep cool and calm no matter what because the stress sucks any last bit of life out of everything.

You will get through it.
