2-kb row x 4 EMOM x 3 minutes (24k)

Edit to note that after this I went for a walk and threw 5 x 50m hill sprints in the middle, then played tennis for an hour with my daughter later in the afternoon. That said, she is five, so any strenuous activity there was purely of my own making. :-D

Am trying to keep in touch with the 28 while using the 24s for this Pat Flynn thing for a few weeks by snatching a bit a couple days a week.

2-kb row x 4 EMOM x 5 minutes (24k)

2-kb C&P x 4 EMOM x 3 minutes (24k)

I haven't been squatting nearly enough to do 10 minutes EMOM with double KBs, so for this cycle of this program, the 10 minute squat day will be goblets. Am considering running this a second time when I am done with the first and going for the 2-kb FS for the long day in that second block.

Haha, cheers, PP -- I do all the cooking in my house, so there are lots of things!

Possibly the only way to make my log more boring would be to add a food section. :-)

Disjointed day with lots of kid-related commitments, but a fun Sunday and nice to see things opening up enough for the kids to at least get back to having things to do with their friends more regularly.

Well, if you're going to do it too, I guess I have to!

I'm saying I started May 24, and we'll see how long I can go. Maybe all the way till my birthday (July 15), but hopefully at least till my daughter's birthday (July 2).
