Farmer walk x 150 steps (24k KBs)
Dip x 12
Ab wheel x 5
Bodyweight row x 12
Calf raise x 12 each leg
2-kb shrug x 12 (24k)
Diamond pushup x 12
L-sit x max time (not much)
1-kb row x 12 each arm (24k)
Calf raise x 12 each leg

3 rounds; no real rest -- just walked around my basement between the places where the equipment is located. Like 17-18 minutes to do the 30 sets.

I think I will try 3 x week whole body (KB complexes) and 1 x week this little vanity circuit for a bit. This workout will usually be Sunday but training has been off in terms of timing due to holiday and related obligations and houseguests, but should have a decent 7-week stretch here before a trip to SoCal for the kids' mid-winter school break.

I'm going to try doing 50 inverted rows 3 x week for a month since i always do pushups and/or dips want to get some more pulling in but don't wanna try that many pullups!

The deadlift has been bugging me (ankles mostly) as it often does because I'm not built for it and thus no good at it, so time to switch it out for a front squat streak.

The 24s just feel so much better for me than doing this crazy metcon stuff with the 20s. Of course, maybe I need some metcon stuff with the 20s from time to time.

Well then, I've been anticipating this day for awhile, but since the forum is closing, I guess I won't log here anymore. Probably will go back to pen and paper, to be honest.

It's a decent time for me as I think I'm going to be mostly moving to pretty much all park bench and GTG-type training, and pretty much all auto-regulated, rather than looking for "progress" or running specific programs.

Thanks so much to everyone who has read and commented over the years -- I'll miss y'all. Special shout-out to my most frequent readers and commenters -- Al, PP, Luke and Daz. It's been a real pleasure meeting and chatting with all of you over the years.
