A bit late but I am in it full swing.

My goal is getting back on track with Fast-5 I have been all over the place with it the past few months and its the about the only thing that works to keep me stay lean. This week I was on track four days during the week, yesterday was to eating windows which led me to eat alot more then usual. My eating window is usually from 6am to 9am on weekdays and any five hour window on weekends.

End of month progress… No weight gain this month again which is a bonus since Thanksgiving was so indulgent LOL. I don't seem to be changing weight that much but the appearance of my body is getting leaner! Same clothing size too :D I guess a combination of a 3-5 hour eating window plus my tabata every other day with 2-3 cardio sessions a week is doing its job!

So a few things have come up in past week that has made me change up my workouts to evenings now. That works better for my IFing but changing it up to a morning meal and evening meal has made performance better so been sticking with that.

Scale weight has not changed much.

Doing something similar to Dans one lift a day program but due to recovery ability doing the lift every other day.
