Simply awesome!

I've often wondered what you guys are on about with your dog birds and pretzles and swinging goats... and now I know.

I am going to read that through slowly again later and watch the videos and let it sink in.

Also very proud to have my little swing/pushup workout (No3) in there ...so good I stopped doing it!

Just one more thing, would you all kindly please move to Western Australia so I can join in. Thank you.

Thanks Dan. That's really great. If anyone tries to say that you're only in it for the money you should shake them, and then show them to your site.

Thanks for this Dan and crew. In particular I loved reading about the history, and the reminder to do the vents.

I just did Cardio Cleans for my ROP variety day ...could barely hang on to the sweaty kettlebell by the end.

I also did something I sadly haven't done in a long time... I went for a walk!

Likewise. Added goat bag swings, Single leg deadlifts with a row to batwings to my warmup. I didn't notice that much at the time beside lots of sweat. The next day I thought someone had been beating my hamstrings with an iron bar. Lots of gold to mine.

Thanks Dan. The "manual" made a great read on the plane back from Turkey.

I left some thoughts about a few confusing parts to me on the blog.

This really would make a nice book if expanded to be more self contained.

No, it's Ultra secret. They have Gypsy's kidnapped you, then they pillage the women and rape the fields.

Well I watched a teacher that said his teacher was the student of a teacher, that trained secretly 5 trees over at Coyote Point because he couldn't afford the class (or maybe just too afraid of the initiation process)....I may just have to do a pilgrimage out to the point.

This is an awesome read! Devoured it in no time.

So when's the "body armor" book coming out? Since I wear it on a daily basis I'd like to build up the stuff I have with me 24/7!

For Body Armor, see "Mass Made Simple!"

I'm sure I will expand on something in the future, too.

Virgin America flies London to SFO. Walk out on to the "Arrivals" and we will take you to the workout. The sandwiches will be as good as anything you can eat in the UK...
