@dan John, I'm thinking of doing a minamilistic workout, would the below be fine?

Day1
Chinup
Swings10x10 (start at 5 sets)
Pushups 10,9,8.... 2,1 (Start at 5)

Day2
Chinup
Heavy Hungarian Swings 10x5 (start at 5x5)
Inverted row (ladder)

On off days I'll do cardio (LISS & HITT)

Or would doing simply this be fine

Day 1
Pushups
Swings

Day 2
Chinup
Hungarian swings

I just can't find an article where it basically references only doing pushups, chinups and swings only

So humane burpees make me breathe really hard without jacking up my heart rate all that high.

Weird.

Maybe?

It's just odd. My heart rises to 100ish BPM, which is about what it does when I am powerwalking.

But with that, I can easily hold a conversation. Whereas with humane burpees, I ain't talking at all.

So it seems like there's a big oxygen debt with the heartrate increase.

Which is neither good nor bad, it was just weird.
