Yes, I trained with you once at the MILF. I'm still (re)discovering gems from that session and from the IOL Bash that you hosted. I'm moving better, but a trained eye is always welcome. I've been working with Jason Wood when I can get down to Wheatridge.

We talked about applying "all of this" to tennis including fasting, warming up with med balls, deadlifts and militaries five days a week in the off season and some tennis specific ideas including flexibility.

For the last few sessions, we have worked on the Double Front Squat and pressing questions. Cecilia gave us a nice new movement which we might use and cut back some of the windmills. We really do a lot of experimenting and simple coaching.

Fascintaing stuff! Not much like this going on in Kansas...

Curious about the med balls - could you comment briefly on some of the movements/duration or point me in the direction of some of your work that I might have overlooked regarding this?

I'm also curious about the new movement, but I'd do better to keep working on the windmill. So far it's done wonders for my mobility. Master this first, right? :)

Ryan's issues, among many!, is his elbow. So, I told him to start warming up for a tennis match with some vigorous med ball work. He noted that his elbow was, if I recall, ready to go and no problems.

Don't worry about the new movement. It is very simple and something you just have to see.

Like anything, I'll need to see the new movement several more times before I get it. In the meantime, I'll keep doing windmills.*

Good seeing Dan M. and Vicky again too.

Word of caution, when Dan John comes up to you and touches you, it will hurt. Especially during something called a pretzel.

Tulsa Oklahoma, we have a really good highland games every september. This year will be my first. I'm about 60lbs lighter than most of the other competitors but I'm hoping my good looks will carry me through. I would love if you guys could come out to me, but that's a long drive for a workout!
