Not at Coyote Point, as the weather has been wet, so we gathered at Park Road Fitness. My goal was to do an amped up Program Minimum where we snuck in a bunch of Get Ups and variations with swings. We finished with 300 swings total, never going over 20 reps (just two sets of twenty total...most were tens). We also did a lot of variations of the Get Up movements. I learned a lot about the pressurizing of rolling movements and that simply feels good.

ON the "Cuddle to Roll," keep the legs together, don't use your arms, just pull yourself over...as best you can...with your belly. It is easier going back and smoother that way. Don't worry if it doesn't make sense, it took me a decade to figure it out.

Great day. The sammies were amazing and I am in a post balogna stupor.

The bulk is KBs with TRX supporting my work. I do use machines in my complex here as they just work fine for what I need. I do barbell work when I can. I'm in a transition now in life with the big move and stuff, so I am getting back to everything finally.

We did a series of positions 15x for each side for the get up. 15 cuddles, 15 leg lift, 15 rolls to elbow.
