guys its been a while i miss you all.

i won't update for a while, been working 14 hours a day for the past month so i rarely hit the gym anymore.

i have been going about training a bit rocky style, knocking 50 pullups, 100 pushups everyday and using my dad for squats- not kidding- and running 30 mins every other day

Actually matty after reading your training posts i was inspired to give it ago one more time, so i hit the gym today and started a 30 day peaking plan to get it over with the cut and start a rebound bulk.

It will revolve around a spec training and low carb diet.

Day 1:

A1) Reverse Lunges 20kg X15,15,15,12
A2) Dumbbell Bench Press 10kgX15, 17kgX15, 20kgX15, 25kgX12,10
A3) Bodyweight Pull-up to failure 5X
A4) Dumbbell Squats 10kgX15, 15kgX15, 20kgX15,15,15

Notes:
Circuit style gone through it 5 times and the DB weights are per arm

hey AMR, those pushups, pullups and squats will sustain you for a long time if you can't get to a gym. You can do any number of things to make them tuffer as needed from time to time. Hope things are well in Egypt today, zim

Whoa people miss you all i will start updating again in a week time or so. Some updates, i got offered a permanent position at the Adventure travel company i was interning in, now working as an associate and the volunteer program manager i also started a small production and distribution business with one of my best friends and we landed a major contract with one of the biggest sweet manufacturers in Egypt basically we will be in charge of whipping their retail department into shape

Back in the trenches, i am very lean now but i lost 10 lbs of size because of the lack of training will start a double split for 2 weeks and over feed to compensate then will switch to a regular split.

Day1(am) Delts & Abs:

Db Lateral raises 5kgX20,20,20
Db presses 15kgX12, 20kgX12, 25kgX8
Cable laterals 30lbsX10,10,10,10
BTN smith press 40kgX12, 50kgX12, 60kgX10
Machine presses 50kgX15,15,15

Abs 100 reps

Notes:
My weights suck a bit, but i am sure they'll take off by the end of the week. Abs will increase progressively until i can do 500 reps a day

they closed the gym early yesterday so no pm !!

Day2 (am): Biceps & Abs

Barbell curls 30kgX15, 40kgX12, 45kgX12, 50kgX10
E-Z preacher curls 30kgX12,12,10,8
DB seated curls 12kgX12, 15kgX10,10
DB concentration curls 12kgX12,12,12

Abs 100 reps

Notes:
good one, i needed to focus on the gunz for a while

So i disappeared again but i was overworked and uderfed and overtrained and basically shit after the 2 weeks of double split training i was tired but looked great.

I got into a powerlifting meet and took second place with a 405lb deadlift, 315lb squat and 235lb bench press. But i ate a bit before the comp and blew up like a balloon so i am a man on a mission now i set my self to a 4 week challenge to lose the freakin flab and look awesome

Flat DB flyes 12kgXf, 15kgXf,f
Flat DB press 12kgXf, 15kgXf,f
Incline DB press 12kgXf, 15kgXf,f

Cable Cross 50lbsX15,15,15

Dips BWX8,8,8

Triset:
Underhand pushdowns 60lbsXf, 70lbsXf,f
Overhand pushdowns 60lbsXf, 70lbsXf,f
Rope pushdowns 60lbsXf, 70lbsXf,f

Overhead DB ext. 10kgX15,15,15

Cardio: 15 mins HIT 100m sprints

Notes:
I am standing at 185lbs now this is the leanest i have been at that weight,i am big, bulky and a bit leanish trying to get ripped.
