20 minutes Schwinn recumbent bike.

Seated lat pulls, 5 sets 15 reps.
Ss with seated Scott press, 5 sets 10 reps.

BB bench press (elbows in no wide grip), 5 sets 12 reps.
Ss with CJ rows, 5 sets 12 reps.

Bi’s & Tri’s superset, 5 sets 10 reps.

Topsquats, light weight just to engage the legs, 5 sets 5 reps.
No blasting.

5 minutes of stretching.

Cardio appointment and stress test next week 👍

Janice and I joined a local gym here in our town. It started out in the late 60's as Jack Lalanne's European Health Spa and several years ago was purchased and opened as Nelson's Nautilus.
Janice and I are enjoying going together 3 days a week. Its a nice old school gym feel but clean and plenty of machines and free weights for a respectable workout.
Of course I am supplementing in between in my basement gym at home.

I would post pictures but the forum doesn't let me.

Thank you John, for the info. I will experiment...

Training for 10/10-

Chest, back and bi’s and tri’s...
I don’t remember the poundages but sets were 4+ each.

Training 10/12 in my dungeon-

BP 12 reps / 4 sets
—ss with
Seated lat PD 12 reps / 4 sets

Bi’s and tri’s 12 reps / 4 sets each (ss)...

20 minutes cardio for the ❤️

I tried out some front squats yesterday but they hurt so I tried back squats. Felt good except not without my “TOPSQUAT”...

The manager said I was more than welcome to bring it in....

Been down For a couple weeks With flu. Going in for surgery in a week for issues stemming from my heart surgery 18 months ago. Prayers appreciated.

Light workout today.

Lat pull downs 5 sets
DB presses 5 sets
Preacher curls 5 sets
Tricep pulley Push down 5 sets
Seated Scott shoulder presses 5 sets

Not a lot of weight. 8 reps each.

20 minutes cardio on stationary bike.
