Good to see you are still working out and being smart about it. I think diet is a sore point with a lot of us. Just do your best.

Thanks Bruce. I need to do better. That’s for sure.

New addition to our gym. I loaned my 35 year old “ORIGINAL” TotalGym 2000 to someone and when I asked for it back they said they didn’t remember having it.
So I decided to upgrade… the slide has holes at the bottom for a bar, to add plates for extra weight. I’ve loved having a TotalGym for body weight workouts…

Looking good, Steve. Are you going to add legs/glutes on the same day or have a separate lower body day?

Training the past few days has been consistent

Back and chest with inclined pull-ups on the TotalGYM, DB bench press, and BO barbell rows.

Bi’s and Tri’s with various curls and overhead tricep extensions, as well as Tri-blaster push downs.

Also started TOPsquats 2 days a week with just 95 pounds to start with.

11 years ago I was doing front squats with 265. I won’t be doing that again, which in my opinion is a good thing. My goals are different now.

I will say though, I do foresee shouldering my Atlas Stone this summer ;-)

Thanks Pink!

The fast was from sugar. It was tough but we managed. Wanted to experience the changes.

We are not sugarholics anyway but other friends of ours were doing it so we joined in.

My workouts have been steady. Nothing huge, nothing small. Just moderate. I tweaked my SI joints a couple months ago while doing brakes on my truck. Waited a week before going to the chiropractor. Finally got over the residual pain and back to workouts.

Front squats, BB BP, kickbacks, pulley push downs, Dead’s, to name a few.
Janice has dropped about 13 pounds and has also been working out 3-4 days a week.

We had dinner with Corey and his wife Ellen last night, as they were traveling through Portland. Great time with them but sad to say goodbye.

Great photo Steve, great to see Cory and his wife again and that you got to spend time with them.

Sad this is ending, but must say thank you for all the good times we had right from the early years, your instruction and videos in lifting technique, and the Stingo bashes. Also remember the cam vids from your bike riding to work.
