Bench Press.
45 x 15
95 x 10
95 x 10

185 x 5 Jason
185 x 3 for me
235 x 5 with the sling for Jason easy
225 x 0 with the sling for me
275 x 4 with the sling for Jason. good solid reps.
225 x 1 for me with sling hit rack but got it.
295 x 2 with the sling for Jason. Worked, but good form.
225 x 1 for me with sling. Went up really well.
315 lift off for Jason
Good hard workout.

Hard enough for me.

T-BAR ROW

128 X 10 4 sets

The weight for the work sets of t-bar row felt about right. Using the sling last time made it too hard at the top of the movemrnt. Live and learn.

Triceps v-bar press down

All the above was much harder than it looks on the log. Lots of burn.

235 x 5 with the sling for Jason easy
225 x 0 with the sling for me
295 x 2 with the sling for Jason. good solid reps.
225 x 1 for me with sling.
315 x 1 with the sling for Jason. good form.
225 x 1.5 for me with sling. First Went up really well. Seconds rep Jason thought I was racking the weight but I wasn't and messed up the rep. Oh well.
315 x 2 with sling for Jason.
Jason used a heavier (full bore) sling to get the feel of the heavier weight.

Shoulder workout 01/19/2023
side db laterals

rear db laterals

15 x 15 3 sets


Front db raise
5 x 15
10 x 15
15 x 15
These were done side lateral, rear lateral and front lateral. rest 1 minute and repeat.

Biceps triceps

db curls
10 x 15
15 x 8
15 x 10
15 x 10
superset with triceps press down
60 x 15
70 x 15
80 x 15
90 x 15
Jason wasn't feeling good, so it was a solo workot.
I went fast so it was enough.

Push ups at 45 degrees on hyper extension bench.
3 sets of ten

triceps press downs
60 x 15

worked out by myself and felt a good pump in chest and triceps. Also felt it in the lower back and abs. probably from the pushups.

Pulldowns 1.5 minutes between sets

145 x 10 1 sets for me

DB ROWS 2 - 2.5 minutes rest between sets
45 X 15
80 X 10 5 SETS

CABLE PULLOVER 1 minute rest between sets
60 X 15
70 X 15
80 X 15

cable curls using rope 1 minute between sets
70 x 12 3 sets
Good workout and hard enough. Worked out by myself again.

I am pretty sore from the last 3 workouts.

tonight legs.
Legs
Leg extensions

55 x 15
65 x 15

Leg Curls
25 x 15 4 sets

hyper extensions
2 sets of 15 reps

kb style squat
20 x 15
45 x 15
45 x 15
to lazy to put the squat bar in place. Haven't been pushing squats much lately. Don't want to be to sore tomorrow.

Push ups at 30 degrees on hyper extension bench.
15, 12, 10 super set with press downs below.

triceps press downs
60 x 15
70 x 15
80 x 15
Much harder super setting these 2 together.

Worked out by myself and felt a good pump in chest and triceps. Also felt it in the lower back and abs. probably from the pushups.
