Day 2: Back & Bi's

Deadlifts warmup sets, 140kgX5,5,3

Triset:
BTN pulldowns 55kgX12,8,6
Front pulldowns 55kgXf,f,f
Underhand pulldowns 55kgXf,f,f

Cable rows 140kgX15, 160kgX15,15

BB curls 45kgX5, 50kgX5,5

Triset:
Incline DB curls 10kgX 12, 12kgX10,8
Std. DB curls 10kgXf, 12kgXf,f
Hammer curls 10kgXf, 12kgXf,f

Reverse Ez curls 30kgXf,f,f,f
ss
Wrist curls 40kgXf,f,f,f

Cardio: 15 mins hit

Notes:
Awesome pump, arms still aching but hey i am sensing this is gonna be a great way of training for me, i am already liking the burn plus i get to lift heavy in the beginning and finish off with moderate weights till failure.

So its been a long time, and i haven't been training much to be honest.

But here's the lowdown, will be doing bodyweight work everyday of the week, with cardio also everyday then 2 days a week will hit the gym for a heavy session and use a finisher.

So yesterday here's what i did:

Deadlifts: 60kgX10, 60kgX10, 80kgX8, 100kgX5, 120kgX2, 120kgX2

Bench press: 40kgX12, 40kgX12, 50kgX10, 60kgX5,5,5

finished with 400m sprints then had a nice monte cristo number 5
