The second of five progress reports:

10/4/2021 5 sets of 15 reps with 45 lb kettlebell emom
5 sets of 10 reps with 52.5 lb kettlebell emom

10/5/2021 10 sets of 15 reps with 45 lb kettlebell emom

10/6/2021 10 sets pf 15 reps with 45 lb kettlebell emom

10/7/2021 10 sets pf 15 reps with 45 lb kettlebell emom

10/8/2021 10 sets pf 15 reps with 45 lb kettlebell emom

10/9/2021 10 sets pf 15 reps with 20 lb heavy club emom

10/10/2021 10 sets pf 15 reps with 52.5 lb kettlebell emom

10 day total - 1,450 swings

Notes: 10/9 was after a heavy deadlift day.

So far so good. Almost a third of the month done.
