Excellent advice for the mature. I feel like I am watching for and filling leaks in my dam. With age has come more patience and calm. Everything seems to be moving along well and then I find another leak. I find a good, challenging regressive exercise and have the joy of conquering it only to find another leak. It is a moving target and I know the dam will eventually burst but the journey is fascinating.
