As an update:

I have managed to encourage and transfer 2 more Clients onto this style of movement.

The popular approach seems to be 5 minutes....roughly:

1. Front raise
2. Curl
3. Overhead press or punch press
4. Front raise
5. Curl or a slowed down overhead extension banded movement.

Just an update.
