I need to do something every day. I just do. If I can't much leave the house, I've got to at least move, so nothing can be so hard that I can't go the next day.
This is exactly what I'm finding on lockdown in Spain. Not being able to go for a walk, let alone doing any roadwork, is brutal if you've been active your whole life.
