Until we go full lock-down in the US I will try and get outside on the bike especially on the weekends. Both the wife and I are now fully remote for work. On top of the prescribed I will also be doing 30 mins of mobility in the AM.

Monday: hour on the bike
Tuesday: KB Squats, KB one arm press, KB curls, KB Swings, KB Carries.
Wednesday: hour on the bike
Thursday: KB Squats, KB one arm press, KB curls, KB Swings, KB Carries.
Friday: 90 minutes on the bike
Saturday: KB Squats, KB one arm press, KB curls, KB Swings, KB Carries.
Sunday: 2 hours on the bike

For the wife, I am subbing in 2 glute focused workouts + KB tabatta swings for 2 bike rides as she doesn't care as much about riding.
