The Plan B thread is mostly about what equipment folks have available and misc supplies for hunkering down. I thought it might be fun and useful to share what at home training folks are doing while waiting for the zombies and/or four horsemen.

There are a bunch of useful threads scattered here, but what are people actually doing? I'm especially interested in what those who usually train in a commercial gym are doing instead. For those of us who have a home gym, it's business as usual.

I'll start, though my home gym is pretty good.

AM:
30 min row, with 5x10 swings scattered throughout.
Easy Strength- Trap Bar DL, PU, C+P, Ab wheel, some planks
PM:
Bike trainer

Except for the rower, fairly minimal equipment. Without it, I could skip rope, or run/walk/jog up the hill on the street.
