AM:

- Goblet squats: 1/2/3/4/5

- TRX rows: 1/2/3/4/5

- Push ups: 1/2/3/4/5

- One KB, two hands, clean (a swing that ends up in a goblet position): 1/2/3/4/5


PM:

- 30-60 minute walk.





Perfect. Goat Belly Swings might work too.
