Thanks guys! I'm feeling it a little today but not enough to stop me heading down to the Wednesday xfit session.

Today's workout:

warm up:
4x8 -
air squats
sit ups
pull ups
hypers
dips
then 200 m run.

working sets:
5 'mini bear' complex sets.

1 set = 5 reps of:
- hanging clean, front squat, OH press

(one of each = one rep for the set)

I did:
50kg, 50kg, 50kg, 50kg, 55kg

Then some lighter weight higher rep finishers:
3 sets OH press x 20kg
supersetted with
3 sets vertical row x 20kg

Braken Wear

Enter gym, lift weights, feel good, go home. What more is there to say? D.Draper
