So its been a long time, and i haven't been training much to be honest.

But here's the lowdown, will be doing bodyweight work everyday of the week, with cardio also everyday then 2 days a week will hit the gym for a heavy session and use a finisher.

So yesterday here's what i did:

Deadlifts: 60kgX10, 60kgX10, 80kgX8, 100kgX5, 120kgX2, 120kgX2

Bench press: 40kgX12, 40kgX12, 50kgX10, 60kgX5,5,5

finished with 400m sprints then had a nice monte cristo number 5
