Just wanted to mention something. I tried "crocodile breathing" both last night, this morning and immediately before my sled pushing session today.

During breaks from sled sprints I rested my hand on my belly and concentrated on pushing my hand to get the same felling as pushing the floor during the croc breathing drill.

It cut my recovery time from each set of sprints down to about 3/4 of what it used to take.
