Yeah, Arnold competed in some competition at like 16 or so in his hometown. There's a picture or two in his Education of the BBer book, but there's no reference to the contest. As I understand it, he was like 2nd or 3rd.

I am his father. He comes to me for advices. So it's not that hard for me to give him the wrong advices.
