Glad to help. You might check to see if the video store has any of their movies on VHS or DVD, not great films but interesting to see them on video as opposed to still photos. Double Trouble has David Carradine (Kung Fu, Kill Bill); Bill Mumy (Will Robinson on Lost In Space in the 60s), James Doohan (Scotty on the original Star Trek) and Roddy MacDowall (original Planet of the Apes movie and TV series, etc.) They probably have the best physiques in The Barbarians.
Joseph Horrigan who used to write a sports medicine column for Ironman magazine mentioned in a column on neck training that he told one of the brothers it was a bad idea to be using something like 350 lbs for neck exercises.
