I briefly entertained the idea that while I was on lock down I'd have unlimited time to train, but the practicalities of juggling a job and a two-year old who is now home as well made me flip things a little bit.

We've said a lot on here that "if all you did was clean and press you could be awesome." I've also never been great at kettlebell snatches. My thought was what if I just practiced these two moves on alternating days - 10 minutes of alternating cleans and presses one morning, 10 minutes of alternating snatches the next, resting as needed. It's kind of a "what the hell" idea, but I'd be curious for others' thoughts.
