Three by Three by Three Template

Sleep well. Fast until finished. Up fiber and fermented foods. Find a way to alliterate more.

Daily Mobility

Hang for Thirty seconds
Sit in the bottom of the Goblet Squat for Thirty seconds

Warm up

Three Rounds of Snatch Complex and Lead Foot
Snatch Complex
RDL x 5
Hang Snatch x 5
Overhead Squat x 5
Back Squat x 5
Lead Foot: light KB on toes lifted to hip height x 5

Workout

Three Rounds of Snatch and Front Squat

Snatch (Squat Snatch from floor) x 3
Front Squat with Chains x 3

Switch from lifting boots to walking shoes

Three Rounds of Clean and Press

Clean and Press x 3

Walk!!!!

I like it! Simple and to the point.
"I think we often spend too much time focusing on max fitness
and not nearly enough on maintaining our minimums.
It seems we need to think sustainable rather than obtainable.
Meaning whatever we do today, we can do it again tomorrow.
Never taking so much from ourselves that we can't."

Is there a better 3 exercise selection than the squat snatch, clean and press, and front squat? That is the kind of workout that you could probably do until the end of time without ever switching it up.

Are you doing this Easy Strength style 5 days a week, or mixing in other workouts as well?
