Strength
Snatch Grip Overhead Squat
Parallel Bar Dips
Hungarian Core Blaster
Pull-Ups
Farmer's Walk

Conditioning
Hill Sprints and/or sled pulls

As far as the strength work goes, you need to add weight to those movements as often as you can. There is a huge difference between "normal" kettlebell swings using a 53 or 72 pound kettlebell and heavy swings with a core blaster. YMMV
