Here’s a workout my client did this week. Utilizing ideas from Dan’s latest talk. Done in under 30 min. Up and down from the ground a bunch of times! There weren’t really any rest periods except the time moving from one move to another.

Original Strength in between every exercise is the secret sauce.

Client: 50 years old, male, 6’3”, 205 lbs, professional hockey player for 22 years, a bit beat up but pretty normal “issues” for an adult male

WARM UP

Six point rocks
10 swings
Goblet Carry (about 100 ft)

Wow! This is really quite good, my friend. I would like to share this on DJU...

Just handing down what I was handed down...

Make a Difference.
Live. Love. Laugh.
Balance work, rest, play and pray (enjoy beauty and solitude)
Sleep soundly. Drink Water. Eat veggies and protein. Walk.
Wear your seat belt. Don’t smoke. Floss your teeth.
Put weights overhead. Pick weights off the floor. Carry weights.
Reread great books. Say thank you
