I'm stuck at work so there aren't a lot of options.I've just read about something called HUEL ,it's a shake supposedly nutritious.Has anyone heard of it?I usually eat a Atkins TV dinner which after I nuke it in the microwave is probably devoid of any nutrition except for the radiation.I also drink a shake of raw goats milk.(the good think I get at lunch).Just looking for suggestions for quick healthy
meals.

Never heard of HUEL. If you are eating a clean and balanced dinner, why not simply make a little more and eat leftovers for lunch?

I use to prep chicken and rice for lunches, some added veg and gravy/curry sauce. Plus yogurt with berries. Sometimes a dal curry or even sausage and baked beans.

I used a stew/soup Thermos, plastic with glass inside, better than the stainless steel for keeping things hot, but I think they're vintage now.

Turkey sandwich and maybe a granola bar. Tuna sandwich and greek yogurt, or tuna mixed with mayo minus the bread and almonds

For my two other (15min)breaks I'd have a big sandwich each plus a protein bar as a snack between breaks.
Always a banana, pear and orange as well.

My fave for sandwiches was chicken thigh meat (really tasty) on sprouted bread, plus mayo, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and onion.

Yeah, I'm with Al on this one.
I just make twice as much for dinner the night or two before and take the leftovers for lunch.

So on Sunday I put together my meals for the week, measured/weigh it and pack it. I can just grab it in the morning and go. Always a lean protein, veggie and on certain days a carb (usually brown rice). All I have to do is toss it in the microwave and stuff my face.

My 1st breakfast has nuts and seeds, in a bowl some GO LEAN or Alpen cereal, 4 dates, 2 prunes, walnuts, sun flower seeds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, 3.25% milk.

Before Gym then a whey and creatine mix in water then 2nd breakfast a bit later.

Now that I'm retired old fart lunch can be something out someplace if we go for a walkabout.

A fave is the Polish stand at the market where I get real mash potatoes, mushroom loaded gravy, thick pork schnitzel or cooked sauerkraut with sausage.

Yesterday we had lunch at a coffee shop . . .

I had 2 of these egg butties and 2 hashbrown patties plus coffee at Tim Horton's.

Each butty = Protein 19g each & Calories 500. hashbrown = Protein 1g & Calories 130 each. = 40g Protein and 1260 Calories.

Today's lunch was at a Lake Side restaurant that has a very Vegan menu, they had the Beyond Burger and a Beef Burger on the menu and I went with the cheaper Beef Burger, turned out to be 1/2 a pound hand made patty topped with Guacamole, salsa and Jack Cheese, lettuce, strange that great big Beef Patty was less $ than the Beyond Burger. The bun was good, much smaller than the meat I think gluten free, plus fries and gravy.

I'm thinking I'd like to go for a Burrito . . .

4 fried chickens sounds good.

I make a smoothie made up of skim milk, loads of chocolate protein powder, an apple, ice, collagen powder, beta sitosterol. I have this right when I get home from the gym. Being retired I can make this at home but when I worked I had a blender in my office and had a protein smoothie for lunch there as well but without the apple since the blender was lighter and didn't grind up an apple completely.

Exactly what I do. I like chicken with mine. There are healthy marinades so I can switch every week so it doesn't get boring.

Tuna and broccoli crowns drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

If that doesn’t sound good there’s always doughnuts.

This is what I had today:

Organic Romaine lettuce, celery, carrot
Organic 85% grass fed beef patty with black pepper and Italian seasoning (herbs only - no sugar, salt, or MSG)
Pepper Jack cheese
Organic buckwheat groats with butter (grass fed)

All can be prepared ahead of time fairly easily.

Protein shake after gym. I only feel the need for two meals, breakfast and dinner. Even two meals is often too much when I want to drop body weight.

Stopped in at a Cafe on our walkabout, my wife had beetroot soup and I had bean & beetroot burger on ciabatta with homefries.

Sometimes I'll have their California sandwich.

Personally, I swallow nails whole and drink a ground glass and Amazonian turtle soup blend when the funds are available.

Sheesh. It's lunch, not a math problem.
