In the booklet "Why Do Champion’s Muscles Look Different" Vince lists his pick of exercises to bring up a lagging body part listed by body part.
Does anyone here got that list?
Getting better at not overdoing things!

I don't think so( but probably close), but thanks anyway!
I suspect that what I'm looking for is a bit more specified, but I don't really know since I haven't got the booklet or even seen the list.
Getting better at not overdoing things!

I have been reading the board seems like the biggie right now is arms...Vince mentioned this...

I'll try to work this in see what happens, don't expect what he mentions age is a factor

I'm not that much into arm training but Vince's workouts are really fun.
Getting better at not overdoing things!

Hello, My name is Robert and Mr.Vince Gironda trained me for the Junior Mr. America back in 1985..I have a DVD that has been Re-Mastered and I am offering it for sale. The DVD contains most of Vince's exercises from his famous book,UNLEASHING THE WILD PHYSIQUE.These exercises are performed by Vince himself in his famous Gym. Because it was very expensive to Re-Master it by a Hollywood company,who Re-masters old movies, the DVD will go between $100 to $125. The proceeds will be used to cover expenses to get Mr. Gironda elected and nominated to the Muscle Beach, HALL OF FAME". So it is not all profits from the DVD. I am also in the process of producing his Famous handles that Vince gave me..Any one interested in either one can shoot me an email at, torres1013@cox.net for either one..I want to thank Mrs. Draper for allowing me to post this on the site.
