Select Your Trainer
Bill Keyes. Byron Chandler. Dan Martin. Bill Peel. Chris McClinch.
None better than another, all extremely qualified with decades of experience, these guys have proven themselves remarkably over the eight-year history of the IOL forum.
Yet there are differences between them, differences in skills and knowledge, and in passion and expertise with various training modalities. Your needs and goals, and your personality will guide you toward the trainer who may better suit you.
In fact, long-term forum members will probably find themselves pulled toward one individual over the others either by knowing the trainer's specialty or personality without even thinking about it. Others may need more input, either by reading the material presented, or by contacting the trainer in person to ask if he feels qualified to help you meet your goals.
Sports-specific athletes, competitive bodybuilders and powerlifters, adults getting in shape after a layoff or ready to get aggressive with a new level of conditioning—one or several of these guys hold the key to your new training plan.
