Online Personal Training—Your Second Month
At the end of your first month of training, you and your trainer will evaluate your progress and zero in on your target goal.
While the first month was probably extremely educational for you, fulfilling in execution and exciting in motivation, your second month is likely to be the most productive in accelaration toward your goal.
You see, the first month you got acquainted with one another, with your workout and with the exercises. In the second month, your program will be adjusted to suit this new knowledge and you'll really go to work.
Your trainer may provide you with a new workout routine, or may simply make adjustments if he feels your just settling into the groove with the correct weights and exercise tempo. He'll answer your questions about the training plan and exercises, and will continue to review your training logs at the times the two of you determine (at least weekly).
Your credit card will be billed automatically; there's nothing you need to do to re-new, and your access to your training information remains 24/7.
