What to Expect During Your First Month
During the first month, you and your trainer will cover
- A review of your previous training history
- Your current goal evaluation
- Lifestyle, family and work considersations that may effect your training
- Gym facility and training equipment availability review
- Your initial training program
- Exercise descriptions as needed
- Basic nutrition guidance (full diet instruction may add to cost)
Additionally,
- Your program questions will be answered attentively (usually within 24 hours)
- Form evaluations can be done via video upload if desired
- Your workout log will be reviewed daily or weekly as determined by your trainer
- You'll have 24-7 access to your training information— log in at your convenience
- Your workout logs, trainer's comments and nutrition records are kept in one private place
- You may keep your workout logs in your chosen format (word processor, spreadsheet, forum post, scanned journal pages)
