Creating Your Online Personal Training Program
Our trainers are good; they've been training for a long, long time and have tried every style of training known to man... and more. They've also read more books, magazines and online articles than contained in a small-town library, and if, by wild chance there's something they don't know about training or nutrition, they know where to find the answer.
Coming from that enormous base of knowledge, once you've ordered your training package, your trainer will assess your questionnaire to begin putting together a personal routine for you. He'll contact you with questions and between the two of you, your short-term goal will emerge.
With your short-term goal in mind, he'll review what equipment you have available, whether you train at a commercial gym or at home. He'll combine that knowledge with how many days a week you can train, and how much time each training session will entail. All of your answers, plus the coorespondence between the two of you during this get-acquainted time, will be considered as he writes up your first training program.
Any questions you have about the routine or the exercises will be answered to your satisfaction, and you'll be ready to begin your training on the date the two of you set.
