CREDIT CARD ORDERING: Our online order system will accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Most people do not have any problems placing an order with these cards, however some AOL accounts, Mac users or business servers with firewall privacy may experience a problem. ORDER PROCESSING: You will receive an automated email confirmation once you have completed your order. Most items are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt, however if your order will not be shipped within three days, we will email you with this status information. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive the shipping information via email and your credit card will be charged.

RETURN POLICY: Our return policy is simple — no questions asked — if you return an item it will be replaced or your product cost refunded, whichever you prefer. Shipping charges may be covered by us, however this would depend on the nature of the return.
SECURITY & PRIVACY: Our store pages are located on a secure server, meaning that your credit card information is completely safe. And more... your privacy is carefully guarded — your information will not be given or sold to anyone.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: We charge actual shipping costs only. Most orders ship via US Postal Service (either priority mail or parcel post, which you'll choose during checkout) and cost $4.55 and up. Multiple items will be shipped together if possible, so your shipping charges may be lower than on your order form. Larger packages are shipped via UPS due to lower shipping costs—again, you'll have a chance to choose based on cost or delivery options during checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Orders shipped outside the Continental USA will be shipped USPS Global. You'll be able to see the charges and select Priority, Air or Surface Mail, although from time to time the USPS web server is unavailable during your purchase; in this case we'll either chose the fastest if the rates are close or email you for your choice should the rate differences be significant. In many cases the order will fit into Global Priority Flat Rate packaging, which will arrive faster and will cost $9.50. In that case, we'll adjust your invoice lower before running the charge.
