Wrestlers Combo

Ethan Reeve explained that he developed this combo after considering the way wrestling matches go: usually a burst of intense fighting, then a short break after they go out of bounds, then another burst, etc. This combo mimics that pace.

It is failry simple. The combo is a power clean, followed by a hang power clean, followed by a jerk, three moves without putting the bar down. You do this ten times in ten minutes, starting a combo on the minute. The goal for the wrestlers was to do this with bodyweight - the weight of your opponent.
