Tick Tocks Cajin Rocks

Cajin Rocks or "Tick Tocks" are standing wrist curls with dumbbells. Hold dumbbells at your sides, slightly away from your body, palms facing the thighs, (as if you're going to do hammer curls.) Now, just curl the wrist back and forth, like you're doing wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. The difference is, that you're vertical rather than resting your forearm on your legs or a bench. If you can achieve a 90 degree position at the end of each "rock," you're unusually supple as well as strong. Continue till tired or until the forearms burn or the 'bells drop from your hands.

Many believe that doing wrist and forearm work this way is much kinder to your tendons.
