Push Press:
> Rack bar on shoulders
> Dip at the knees
> Drive with the legs
> Press to lockout
Push Jerk:
> Rack bar on shoulders
> Dip at the knees
> Drive with the legs
> Rebend knees while locking out
> Stand up from shallow squat to come to full standing position
Split Jerk: (the one usually seen in competition)
> Rack bar on shoulders
> Dip at the knees
> Drive with the legs
> Jump into split while locking out
> Recover from split to full standing position
Squat Jerk: (rare but becoming less so)
> Rack bar on shoulders
> Dip at the knees
> Drive with the legs
> Jump into full squat while locking out (!)
> Recover from squat (overhead squat) to full standing position
