Protein Shakes

No one should be trying to live on protein shakes alone. As has been said many times in the Forum and in many ways, the workout's the thing. There's nothing magical about protein powder; it's concentrated food. Use it whenever you need a meal and don't feel like eating meat or eggs. That said, below is a collection of protein shake recipes from the Forum. I anticipate that this entry will continue to grow as recipes are offered.

Troubleshooting the protein shake, Stella's article on bodybuilding.com
