I prescribe lunges for a stretchy, pumpy movement between sets. That’s all. Then again, Laree likes ’em a lot more. She does them off a raised platform, protecting the knees while offering a more complete and targeted range of motion. Sisters of Steel may want to experiment making the prime target the glute and hamstrings tie-in.
