This is Isaac Nesser:

He can bench 950 lbs., has the biggest chest/arms in the world: 74 inch chest, 29 inch arms, and he is 6 feet tall

and he makes a big point about not taking any drugs, and he says he doesn't compete against drug users

what do you guys think, can a man really get this strong/big without drugs? or is it just his genetics?

here is a pic of him benching the front end of a 2000 lb+ fan:

and carrying a truck engine:

Any thoughts?

yeah i know about gregg but he is notorious for his drugs use

anyway his arms are still smaller, and his chest is way smaller too

so does this make Nesser the strongest/most massive man? and it seems he is 100% natural, which say a lot about him compared to other body builders, even ronnie coleman..

i would be surprised if any body builder can achieve that size, even with steroids, and it probably won't happen..

if ronnie coleman gained a hundred extra pounds of fat im sure he would achieve the same size (this dude doesnt exactly look lean).

i dont know anything about this guy other than what he says in the interview on the site, and what ive seen in a few pictures.
i have no idea if he is for real or not. if he is, good for him. he seems to be happy where he is at.
if not, then he should be ashamed for making these claims.

no, he is real.

he is even in the guinness book of records for biggest chest/arms, and they even did an interview with him

here is the certificate:

http://www.drsize74.com/guinesscert.html

he seems real to me.

but gregg is still cool, even without roids he was really big (im looking at his pictures on his site), and i think if he didnt take roids he could have still got the 25" arms, it just would take much longer

i meant if he was actually clean, not if he was really that size.
but thanks for the links anyway, this is very interesting to me.

and about gregg, i dont know. the guy may be a great lifter w/ or w/o drugs, but he has allowed himself to become a joke in the muscle-building world and for that reaon i think he kind of sucks. i just posted his link for fun.

thanks for the info on isaac.

Re-directed me to a online gambling site :-/

Greg Valintino is everything in bodybuilding I don't want to be - that is so far from cool, let alone aesthetically pleasing, it's rediculous. He looks good at 20 (in his younger years pictures) then goes mental, argh... I'm closing the window.

yeah i agree. it seems like isaac nesser has morals (you will find out if you read his stuff), but unfortunately gregg (i read his stuff in B.B. mags sometimes) has bad morals, and i think it's bad for young people to read those things. i think b.b.'ing is great, but not when it gets to the point of extreme materialism.

also i dont know what he did to his arms. his pics of him younger show he had lots of potential, but the way his tri's and bi's pop out...well put it this way i wouldnt want my arms to look like that.

I think he could be natural, i benched 500 pounds for two reps at a body weight of 16 stones, and that was natural ( although most the guys at the gym would'nt believe me )

I am curious as to why you quote your bench weight in pounds but your bodyweight in stones? What's a stone equivalent in poundage?

When you wrote "This is Isaac Nesser" I would have believed you if you said "This is God" hehe. Nesser a bull of a man - maybe even 2 bulls. And good thing he has bigger arms as a natural than Gregg Valentino who injects synthol. Also I assume that 850 or 950 or whatever bench press was shirted?

I love freaks; the bigger the better. So, I never thought I'd ever say that anyone is over the top. Well, Valentino definitely took it too far. Nesser's a big, strong, nearly shapeless slab of meat, hardly a bodybuilder.

Why would they only measure the biceps at 29"? Imagine if they take the triceps into account ;) No matter, he is big but doesn't look big know what I mean? He looks like an out of shape power lifter, I would like to see his numbers in a sanctioned contest. Looking at the pics it says he can bench 560 yet it says in the beggining it was at 950. He's still young so he has time to get into shape :) probably would hurt his nmumbers though :)

I benched 425 on the flat with a bodyweight of 210 - and I was clean. As long as it is that you "used to think", as opposed to "thinks" - that's fine ;)

Clean benchers above 400lbs are very common (not that caberguy is common..he he) and even tapping 500plus is not unheard of ..With bench shirts you can add even more.. 600 to 700 can be done by the big boys in shirts drug free..
I would never guess someone to be juiced solely on the amount he/she lifts though..there would need to be other info..or admissions..

Ummmm I have benched 405lbs for reps without roids, or a bench shirt. 405lbs is heavy, but not unattainable by any means.

As far as Isaac Nesser.....he just looks like a big fat guy to me. Not very impressive.

Sorry,

Todd

Greg is far from cool, he is a sick joke. He would be lucky to have 18" arms without Steroids and Synthol.

I passed a stone once, but it wasn't 14 pounds.

The Guiness book said he curls 300 for reps. True? That's a lot o'weight.

come on guys, lets lay off pencil-neck. hes new here (i think).
hes probably just never seen anyone lift that much in person so he didnt realize it was actually sort of common (at least in the PL world, and in some BB circles).

pencil-neck, it is definitely possible to move that kind of weight drug-free, and if you work at it you will move that weight too eventually. just hit it hard!

Ha ha yeah, that can't be Ferrigno, he's a foot taller.

By the way, is this fat on his arms?

Also, I thought 29" biceps means that they measure it at the peak of his bicep (flexed) but they also get the tricep so the 29" comes from both?

I also believe him, I don't think he took roids. If he can bench 900-something, that would be something if he broke the 1005 lb bench record, because Gene rychlack (sp?) obviously takes a lot of steroids and has way more fat than this guy (he is wearing a shirt so I can't tell how fat he is, but his face does look a little characteristic of someone who is fat (they loose fat on their faces when they get cut) but i might be wrong

Anyway, pardon my ignorance about body building but i'm just a man looking for a lot of mass! :-)

A "TAD" chubby? I think he looks obese. I would be surprised if this guy lived much past 50.

a bench shirt is one of those shirts powerlifters use to lift extra poundage. it's this tight shirt that makes your arms stick up 90 degreees. a friend of mine who is a power lifter let me try it on once but i kept my muscle shirt underneath so it didnt work, ha ha. shows how much i know

there is no questions this guy is strong but say he could probably have 27" arms or whatever like greg valintino but have a nice 3" layer of fat over them. maybe its just the pic though..

i heard the guy who benched 1,005 lbs., gene rychlack, there were some guys that bet that he couldn't even bench 600 lbs. raw. they are thinking without his bench shirt he cant lift that much. thats what i heard
