It's not mine; it's available for free download at:

http://rosstraining.com/blog/2009/08/12/more- updates-from-sandow-doug- hepburn/

The pdf there is better than the Sandow site's.

You're all welcome in any event.

Thanks, Jack!
The one I lost had a yellow cover.

Good stuff.

Very interesting. Thanks for sharing this and all the other info you link us to.

BTW, I have this book:

http://www.amazon.com/Strongman-Hepburn-Sto ry-Tom-Thurston/dp/155380 0095/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&a mp;s=books&qid=125382 8037&sr=8-1

In it Doug explains his program(s) in great detail. It's a great read, but somewhat sad.

If you go to bing.com and put in Doug Hepburn you can see a vid of Doug doing a C&P of some decent iron.

Most of what I read about him was in the Super Squats book, which I got at Goodwill for 1.99

I have that book also, Cliff. It is indeed one of the best books on strength training. It's also very well written -- a rarity.

It's not a bad idea to check that site first
before buying books strictly for the info.

I spent a bit on this one -
ooops, but some great stuff in it -
