I thought you might like to see our new home gym. The equipment is by Star Trac who bought out Flex and Max Rack.Tracy my wife and I are delighted with the building and the gym. As the floor is wooden (reinforced) we bought all Urethane covered steel barbells, dumbbells and weights to avoid undue damage to the floor if we dropped them.

Yeah, it's OK. And by OK, I mean probably the coolest home gym set I've seen outside of Ronnie Coleman's house. Sweet lord. If I can just hit the lotto....

Awesome place.

Thank you all for your kind comments. We still have to finish off the toilet area and a very small kitchen area area to house maybe a fridge, kettle ect. We have an area where we keep our racing bicycles, cross trainer and Power Plate and I will try and take some pictures and send them to Laree to put on here. We now have to re build the garden as it was flattened installing the building.

We have now put in our cross trainer and i-Tonic power plate and hung some of our bikes up on the wall. We both race on the velodromes here in the UK during our summer months so we have quite a few bikes, some we use on the road and some only on the velodromes. The toilet/shower room should be finished in two weeks as well as a small kitchen area. Then its all finished. We then have to rebuild the garden as it was flattened to build the gym.
